The Team
Maptivate is a collaboration between Marketers, Artists, Storytellers, Designers, Producers and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specialists. The extraordinary success of that first venture made us realise that this way of organising information and using art and design to lay information out visually and geographically also tapped into some important elements of our biology.
As storytellers, biologists and artists, we can see how this could change the way we see and connect with new ideas and tell stories, especially at a time when we are overwhelmed with digital information. It’s about crafting a clearer path through the digital landscape that we all now live in. It brings together science, design and technology. Our team have a deep understanding of the science and biology of human connection and how our brains best retain information. This foundational knowledge has spurred many inspired conversations over the years which has led us to create Maptivate.
